As the configuration tools are so powerful and easy to use, with no programming knowledge required, some customers decide to implement large parts of their systems themselves. This is especially true for companies installing their second and third systems.
Zumatrix will provide as much Project Management and technical expertise as you want, including delivery of a turnkey system to an agreed functional specification for a fixed price. Our technical staff has experience of delivering systems for many different types of laboratory.
Once a contract is signed, we schedule the first configuration meeting where we agree upon the final "user requirements". Following this meeting we build the first prototype configuration, including basic workflows, menus and screens. This is installed and delivered for testing. Inputs are collected and changes are made to the configuration before the alpha version is installed. Further testing leads to more changes and the beta version, along with the main Crystal reports.This iterative process is very effective in producing the best system for your needs, with much user input and hence rapid acceptance. There is one more version installed beyond the beta system before training and validation services (if ordered) are started leading to "going live" and full implementation.
