Support contracts are available that provide assistance and advice when you need it, as well as all new revisions of your licensed options as they become available.
These services include:
- Phone support from our technical support center during regular business hours. This includes speaking directly with a member of our technical staff who understands your question and can provide you an answer directly. At Zumatrix we attempt to answer you when you call- no hand-offs, no referrals!
- Appointment of your own Project Manager who is your primary contact in implementing your system before you "go live".
- Same business day answers to your questions and problems submitted via email or Fax.
- Delivery and installation of configuration changes (screens / menus / workflow) via email and Internet.
- Design, development and installation of new Crystal reports to order.
- Product updates and enhancements.
- Software installation support.
- Training courses either at our center in Massachusetts, at your site or via web conferencing.
