Each year Zumatrix conducts a survey to all of our users in North America in order to determine their opinions about our products and their satisfaction with our services. These are used as inputs to our process improvement activities and new product planning.
We conduct the survey using a web tool and we ask them questions concerning the quality of Matrix software compared to other software that they use; what they like most about the products and what they would change or enhance.
We also ask them to rate the timeliness and accuracy of our support services and their satisfaction with out implementation process.
The last survey was conducted during late August and early September, 2007. We received a 33% response from everyone that could have answered the survey. The replies could be anonymous if preferred.

The majority of our users think that Matrix software is of higher quality than other software that they use- it is developed by Autoscribe in an ISO 9001-2000 certified process.

When asked what they like most about their Matrix system, the majority of users said that they valued the configurability and flexibility the most. These attributes provide for easy to use, easy to maintain systems.
A direct quote was : “This unique software is in a class all its own--all other LIMS systems are substandard by comparison.”

With Matrix Gemini you do not have to choose between web clients and network clients, the system provides the same interface for both. You choose how best to connect depending upon your function and location. When asked if our existing users intend to deploy Matrix via the web, about half said that they planned to do so.
