
Training Manager is a comprehensive, easy to use tool that can be supplied as a self-installing, stand-alone application on any PC running Windows 2000 (or later). It may also be integrated with Matrix LIMS as part of a total system. Users must log in to the application using a User Name and Password and are granted the permissions required to carryout their session.
It consists of a set of reference tables that contain information such as Job Titles, Work Locations, Course Descriptions, Staff Details (attendees and trainers) and Trainer Assessments. These tables are accessed directly from the “Home” screen for editing and updating.
The “Home” screen also contains a “Workflow” section that allows courses to be scheduled, staff to be assigned to courses, the outcome of training to be recorded and the training records for any staff member to be displayed, including any courses that are still outstanding.
Training Manager is supplied with a suite of over 15 standard reports that may be used as supplied or may be tailored to the needs of individual companies by using Crystal Reports Developer Edition.
Training Manager helps compliance with company quality systems, including ISO/Regulatory procedures and SOPs, by managing and reporting employee training records. It also simplifies and speeds quality audits. It helps to ensure that staff training is kept current by scheduling refresher courses and helps in planning your training budget.
