These customers appreciate the ability to create simple easy to use screens for plant staff to input data. They also use the web interfaces to input and review data at widely scattered places, outside the laboratory. Testing against multiple sets of limits with automated reporting of any out of specification material at any stage in the process is also very important. Materials that are within test specifications do not need review, only those that fail need further investigation.
