Zumatrix was founded in 1998 to provide the highest quality software and support to organizations who want to improve the productivity of their laboratories.
Zumatrix sells, implements and supports the Matrix family of LIMS developed by Autoscribe, Ltd in the United Kingdom.
We are a privately held corporation and hence not subject to the pressures of large, multi-disciplined companies for whom LIMS is just another product line- it is our whole business! Hence we are nimble and able to focus on what is required for our client's success rather than our quarterly report.
Zumatrix staff has experience in providing LIMS to laboratories of many types since 1984 and is knowledgeable of what is required to ensure that any new implementation provides the benefits promised in its justification. This is especially true for laboratories that are subject to FDA regulations.
We work closely and interactively with our clients to understand their exact needs, workflows and expectations, whether they are within a single department, across several laboratories at a site or at several sites across the country / around the world. We provide implementation, testing, training and validation services as required.
LIMS is a long-term investment and we make certain that our systems have long productive lives. Compliance with industry standards and the use of configurable software rather than specially written custom code or scripts, make certain that our systems are supported into the future. We have clients that installed Matrix LIMS almost 10 years ago and have migrated through 5 or 6 major revisions of the product to our most recent release, with complete access to their old results.
